Fill out form below and submit to register; hard copy signed and notarized medical/photo/video release form and signed waiver will still need to be provided at camp.

BUS TRANSPORTATION: A bus will take campers from Temple Lot to Far Westa at 1 pm on Sun., July 14. It will return campers to Temple Lot at 2:30 pm on Fri. July 19. Respond YES if camper will ride bus to and from camp. Respond NO if camper will not take bus either way, or explain if they will only use one of those options:

Where is Camp Far Westa?

Directions from Kansas City area: Take Interstate 35 north to 36 Highway west at Cameron, Missouri. Continue west on 36 for approximately 10 miles. A sign for the Camp Far Westa will be on the right side of Highway 36. The campgrounds are approximately 1 mile east of Stewartsville, Missouri.
